All information in your profile — name, credentials, license status, contact details, areas of practice — must be accurate and kept current. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal.

Artemis Divorce Coaching reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any listing at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: inaccurate information, complaints from visitors, lapse of professional licensure, or conduct inconsistent with the directory's standards.
Your content
By submitting a profile, you grant Artemis Divorce Coaching a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your profile content on this site and in promotional materials for the directory (such as social media posts or email newsletters). You retain ownership of your profile content.
Paid listing tiers (Professional and Featured) are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe.
All content on this site created by Artemis Divorce Coaching — including the site design, written copy, articles, and directory structure — is owned by Artemis Divorce Coaching and protected under applicable copyright law.
Professional profiles are owned by the respective professionals who created them. Artemis Divorce Coaching's license to display that content is described in the Professional Listing Terms above.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by Oregon law, Artemis Divorce Coaching and its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any professional you found through it.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this site shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have paid nothing, our liability is zero.

Paid subscribers who are terminated for cause are not entitled to a refund.
